We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Every parcel is sent fully insured and tracked, and needs a signature on delivery.

Insured UK delivery is free on orders of £500 or more, and £20 (including insurance) below that. Collection from our showroom is always free. Orders over £2,500 are collection only: you complete the payment in our Luton showroom and collect your order there.

Yes. Choose “Collect from our showroom” at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready at 171 Dunstable Road, Luton LU1 1BT.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UK only.

Yes. Our gold jewellery is hallmarked by a UK assay office, so the karat is guaranteed.

We specialise in 22ct gold and also stock 21ct, 18ct, 14ct and 9ct pieces, plus investment gold bars.

Gold jewellery is priced on the daily gold rate, so prices can rise or fall. Call or visit us for today’s price.

Yes. We buy gold jewellery, coins and bars in any condition and pay top prices. Bring it to our showroom for a free, no-obligation valuation.

Please bring photo ID and proof of address when selling gold.

Yes. We create bespoke jewellery including gold names, initials and complete bridal sets. Visit us or message us on Instagram to start your design.

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Bespoke, engraved and made-to-order pieces, and gold bars, cannot be returned unless faulty.
