However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and Mustafa Jewellers will only be formed when we dispatch the ordered items to you.

We offer free shipping for orders within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the items and your location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 Weeks from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
